Innovation Center Schedules Grand Opening
[PANAMA CITY, FL, September 16, 2013] – The furniture has
arrived, the signs are posted, and the Business Innovation Center (BIC) is open
for business. On Thursday, September 26th, at 3:00 p.m. the BIC will
host its Grand Opening.
“Blending the knowledge of local talent, resources and
opportunities together to form a synergy in this ecosystem is exciting,” said
Pamela Kidwell, executive director of the BIC. “It is great speaking with
potential applicants for the center, we look forward to being an integral part
of our community.” The BIC presently includes facility space at Florida State
University Panama City Campus, offering mentoring, networking to capital,
technical resources, direct business assistance and guidance.
The Business Innovation Center is located in the Office
Building on the Florida State University Panama City campus. The event will
feature a ceremonial ribbon cutting by both Bay County and Panama City Beach
Chamber of Commerce.
