Phaneuf and Conoley selected as one of DCI’s “40 Under 40”

Development Counselors International carefully selected a group of young leaders within the economic development field that aren’t afraid to disrupt industry standards and always raise the bar for achieving community prosperity. Scarlet Phaneuf from the Bay Economic Development Council as well as Jennifer Conoley from Gulf Power and BIC Board Member was among those recognized. Their efforts to shape economic development in our area continue to put North Florida on the map. Congratulations to them both!
